Roger that.
I just drank the last of the cola. Time to mix with OJ. You know printers do drink a lot.
Every place I worked was like an AA meeting gone bad.

The mini II is the one you will probably want, it also has the vac. ports on drivers side for brake /pcv. Polished looks nice, powder coat is a whole lot less maintainece. If you have to polish it out, you may want to consider a clear coat it when you are done.

funny iv been fighting a rich condition ever since i put the sr on. im not knocking anybody choice of mods as it turns out the sr mod didnt work out for me so now im going to try something else. good luck to every body on there choice and may you win the lottery before your next one.
I think you will like it if you add a decent gear as a I said, also, having gone to the SR, I would not hesitate going back to the MR but I would change my 3.45 to a 3.73 gear.
I just wanted you to be aware that you could have issues with the MR too. The choice of cam is the most important issue, IMHO, too much overlap is a hard thing to tune out on a MR with a stock ECM tuning system. Say good bye to vacuum leaks

Just an FYI. I bought the complete MRII from TPIS back in 2001. It has worked great, but I am fighting an air distribution issue, so I am abadoning the MR. I will be selling the complete unit, just not quite yet, as I am getting the Team G properly plumbed and such.
Now there is an issue, I ditched the supplied plumbing and at that time TPIS said they would give me $60 credit for the parts. I thought that was a rip, so I kept it. Never been used. The rails on the MRII have -8AN lines with a single -6AN return line as well as a single 1/4" NPT tap for the remote fuel gauge connection. So this may be tough to find the right person to take my MRII, but the fuel lines should be easy to find a home.
Just something to keep in mind as you look at options for the MR.
Oh, I have several SRs and properly modified they are not that hard on the installation part. I have never had to grind the factory vcs to install. I clearanced the smog pump bracket and the AC bracket to aid in VC removal. The inner runner holes were welded and tapped to 1/4-20 threads and the plenum was chamferred so that countersunk allen screws are installed. A bit of loctite and some silicone over the heads, and they are garanteed to stay in place and it sure does simplify the install.

Aaron[/QUOTEOh, "I have several SRs and properly modified they are not that hard on the installation part". exactly why i have hit men looking for the people that publish the install directions. THEY FOR GOT TO LEAVE THAT little small tid bit (properly modified) OF INFO OUT. maybe they ran out of ink, maybe martha stewart was involved. your right about the valve covers except mine are after market which are not covered in the lost install instructions. aks im not trying to start trouble its just the points you have made make me think back to a time when i was installing it and every inch of the way i was thinking "what the" " why`d they do that" " who the hel". the sr works well and i do belive it puts out what they say it does at least it did for me hp and tq wise. its the beta flavor of the unit itself that hurts. hey hippy. you ever work?

Hey Steve,
Just so you know that the MR is not the be all / end all, I also made some mods on it as well. This thing has always had some air distribution issues to the front cylinders when you start making big power. I spent countless hours on the flow bench and welder getting the flows more equal (I wound up cutting the top off of the MRII and welding it back on once all of the ctting and welding was done). I also moved several of the vacuum ports because I too was like "why would they do this like that"? I did not want the power brake vacuum line laying over the center of the top of the DS vc.
Still, it looks good....you getting a break in the weather up there? Is it up on stands yet? I was looking at C.C., D44 conv.W/ all ratios around 1400 re.con. don't have any details I am going to give them a call, have you seen that?
