My interior lights won't come on unless I use the light switch on the dash, they don't activate at all with the door switch..tia for any help here..
Go to www.corvettesdownunder.com Under their C4 tech page they have a nice article on how to fix the courtesy light delay timer. Hope this helps.

i have the opposite problem on my 94 and the lights wont turn off for 10-15 minutes after i get in or out. i was told the timer was programmed in the computer and couldnt be changed without reprogramming the entire unit like new.
Where is the timer located and could that be all i need to solve my lighting issue. (pulled fuse right now to keep me from going batty at night)

Your problem is different from the one above as the 95 does not have the same timeout switch but instead is controlled by the CCM.
Your problem is either a bad passenger side door ajar switch or a bad hatch ajar switch fooling the CCM into thinking that one of these are open all the time. Open the passenger door and the hatch seperately, the one that does not make the interior lights come on is the one that has the bad switch. Just replace the door ajar switch that is bad.
TIP. You dont have to remove the door panel to change the door ajar switch. Just do a search on this forum on door ajar awitch or my name and you will find a detailed discroption of how to replace the switch that I posted. Do NOT just take the screws out and try to change it or you may loose the backing plate inside the door.
Hope this helps
