Depends on how it was driven, what kind of enviroment and previous car service. My 86 has 135,000. Driveshaft ujoints were replaced at 100,000 with transmission rebuild (before I got the car). I'm doing halfshaft ujoints at above mileage. They have never been replaced and show it. Grease gone, grooved bearing surfaces and some of the ujoint caps are frozen in place. This car was well maintained? Ordered spicer non zerk stuff per forum recommendations. Best bet would to be to get under that thing and check them per helm's man.

If you have noise from the rear end, spray some motor oil from a spray bottle onto the u-joints. If the noise goes away temporarily after doing so, it's the u-joints.

mine has 76k miles and one of them was toast the bearings in one were nonexistent as in they turned to powder. there was no grease in it the cups had a washboard pattern on them and serious heat discoloration and was making tons of noise. the others were not far behind and were very hard to turn. the website 86pacer posted was a great help
