These guys make a quality product that a number of people on the forum use. I have a black one with red flames on my '89. Goes well with the red interior. Their delivery is pretty slow but the wait is worth it. I ordered the LED light to go in side the ball but can't use it due to the reverse lock-out on the early ZF shifters.

No pix (at work now), no linky...but the Hurst shift **** is the cat's pajamas for us old-school hot rodders. It's a BIG ****, for sure; about two inches in diameter.
Just make sure you get it in white...

What do you mean use the big white ball. I like the subdued black ball. It doesn't get as dirty or stained.

9/16 x 18 sounds about right. (I measured last summer, but can't totally confirm).

You can buy a 9/16" x 18 tap at a hardware store for about $10. (I'm going to re-tap a C5 "pool ball" ****). That means you have more options than "advertised". I've seen nylon sleeves for conversion as well. (This assumes you buy one with a smaller hole with adapters).

I'm guessing your 93 doesn't have the reverse lockout -- which also makes it easier.
