Default Any ideas!

I have a 1994 vette with a lt1.
I was wondering if anyone know what the little piece thats is on the right side on top of the motor and it sits between the valve cover and fuel rail is? (sorry i dont have a pic)
It has two vacuum lines going to it at one end and the other end is open.
thanks.
