I have found a way to fix all those broken tabs and screw holes that always seem to break. I dont know how to post pictures on here, so email me and I will send pictures. peggysspace@yahoo.com Peggy
Are we talking about those U-nuts (and the like) that always seems to strip out on interior and exterior trim? If so, spill the beans! I hate them things! The ones holding the splash shields on the front of my car are basically being held together by loctite. There's gotta be a better way short of replacing all the hardware every time.

The first picture is the back of the door handle trim, the little tower that the screw goes into was missing, you can make a replacement. The second picture is the new tower. Pict #3 is the radio bezel with the tab broken off, #4 is the tab replaced. When you buy the kit it has an instructional video.

Kit? Did you use a kit or are you selling a kit? Not quite sure where you're going with this...
BTW, if you are simply gluing parts back together, there are two products that seem to work very well for me: either Seal-All, or a thin layer of JB Weld.
The 2nd picture is where I made a whole new tower for the screw, plus it also will fix a large crack. I bought this car used and it had been abused so there is alot to repair or replace on the plastic pieces. I just wanted to share what I had found. I believe I put the web address in one of the posts.
This is the kit where you use some liquid and powder to make your own plastic. I bought the kit however have not used it but it was featured in a tech article on Corvette Fever magazine.
