LT1 edit question
hey guys whats up.
I have a 1996 auto Lt1 i have lt1 edit n20 and all bolt ons.
car has been tuned with lt1 edit and the guy who did it is gonna show me how to tune it.
i was just wondering if i could tune the car N/A and save the tune to a disk or CD and then re tune for the n20 with retarded timing and save that to a disk.
and then when out racing pop in the CD or Disks and upload with my laptop on the spot.

Why not get a MSD or a Mallory ignition box that takes a 12v input when the NOS hits then when it sees this input it retards the timing by X. With this you don't have to mess with reflashing the PCM and risking PCM damage. No NOS means no timing retard, it only retards when the NOS is armed and when it fires.

i was just wondering...
aka drive round with it na until i get to the races...
and or run a seperate methanol system. to switch fuel lines to meth tank and run straight meth...
been toying around with thte idea with a local shop...

well the mallory box costs $... $ which i dont have at the moment.
