Here is the part number #555-15230. This is off of the Jegs website so you can enter it there. You will need the proper kick down add on for the 700r4 if you have an automatic. I believe Chevy uses a standard throttle cable so there is no worry about it fitting.

i think i see a problem with pic 0005.jpg. your cable end is like a washer with a hole in it. mine is solid piece of lead oblong shape about the size of two pellets ( bebe gun ).

"your cable end is like a washer with a hole in it. mine is solid piece of lead oblong shape about the size of two pellets ( bebe gun )."

Would you not be better to use the early style C4 Vette cable?

The later ones with the lump on the end are intended to run around a quadrant on the throttle shaft whereas the early cable end clips on to a stud similar to the carb fitting.

thats what i was thinking. plus are they shorter than mine? i just replaced mine there not that expensive from the dealer. planning on starting it next weekend. got to order the jegs bracket and thermostat housing. going to the wrecking yard tomorrow for a `95 c1500 air breather. i belive i can make it work with my ram air setup. its a little to tall but i hope i can shave some hight where needed. not worried about the filter or cover as my ram air has a filter. i just want the base i will come up with a lid. what do you think. if you dont know what base im talking about i have links in another post befor this one.

updated with air cleaner pics. i got this base off a `95 c1500 today. i already nocked the bottom of the center in a little to make it clear the hood. tried it with the hei no problems. but as you can see the air pump eliminator bracket is in the way. thinking about that one. also have to wait till the end of the week when the carb bracket from jegs gets here to see if there will be any issues with that related to the bottom of the cleaner. as far the lid you can buy those all day long on the net. k&n has one for this model but its 70 dollars chrome with their logo etched in. any comments or suggestions about the breather? thanks. http://photobucket.com/albums/f333/steve1ph2/?sc=1

The spring return on the jegs unit might hit your air cleaner at the bottom.

Let me know what else you need I have this all installed on a 86 and the throttle cable is a stock cable for that year.My 94 had that nub on the end of the cable that wraps around the throttle body.I think that is what you have,I also bought the screw in pieces for the carb from jegs.
Here are some pics ,I am on my sht computer and don't have the pics crushed ,may take some time to view.

now those are some carb linkage 101 pics. perfect. looks like i need that cable for two reasons a; linkage. b; length. man your intake looks really tall. i know the carb bolt holes on mine are at least half or more shorter. im thinking high rise under a c4 hood. why did you go with that intake? more low end?

Long storie short that is the LT4 manifold , the engine I had in it was the LTx.AFR 220 heads and all that kinda crap. That engine is dust.
Now on the 16 th of feb the 434 will be in that car and it has a dominator so it will realy be high.I do have a 4 " high toledo hood on it.
The manifold was the only one for that block a while back.
As the wife says you sure are hard on your motors .This will be the 3 rd one,we will see how this one lasts.
I was also advised that I need to change the fule system with this motor, but we will see.
I have to run C16 with this motor at $500.00 a barral.Thats only about 9 bucks a gallon.
The intake is a duel plane, you get more power out of a single plain, about 10 hp.
