Question about Oil.
For my 92 LT1 Corvette I use Mobil 1 of course but, what am I supposed to be using Mobil 1 5W-30 or Mobil 1 10W-30 or something else?
And how many quarts should I be putting in 5.0 or 4.5?
And how many quarts should I be putting in 5.0 or 4.5?

You can use either one you want
Buy 5 quarts, put half a qt in the filter when you change it, and use the rest to fill.

I use 10w30 in my 94. I don't think you need the 5w30 unless you drive it in the winter and even then I don't think you really need it. I use 10w30 synthetic in my 4x4 because it flows better in the cold
