Default Regulators Mount Up !!!!!!!

What is the best adjustable FPR to buy for a 1991 L-98. The car had one when I bought it and the vacuum fitting just broke off the hat. I feel retarded for asking this but what is the vacuum actually referenced to or simply put why is it needed. The car was set at 45 psi and I recently put in LS6 injectors so I wanted to tone down the pressure until I get some mods done where I actually need the 28 lb injectors. All input greatly appreciated.

My vote is for the holley reg. Solid, great looking and comes with a new diaphram. Listed as a camaro tpi reg.

I have the AFPR from Mid-America, it's ok, but I'll probably replace it with the Holley unit this summer.

Agent86 is right.

I have one, and love it. Its a nice unit. Built like a tank. With that huge solid dial, its alot easier to make an adjustment than the stock-like units.

Visit www.summitracing.com and type in part number HLY-512-501. This will apply to 85-91 TPI corvette (although not listed as such at the site). This is the one you want. $82.88 each.
