Default u-joint, headers, rockers questions

I have an "88 L98 coupe, auto...
I looked up spicer u-joints at jegs and there are 2 sizes for me car...different ring dim, bearing cap diam...etc. How do i know which one to get? also, how many does my car have?
Lots of different headers to choose from..ceramic, stainless steel..any opinions on ones to get?..money is an issue..also, dumb question, do I need 2 headers?..one for each side of engine?
Also want to get rockers..any suggestions on those?..and what do rockers actually do?
As you can tell, I'm not much of a car guy but trying to learn..thanks

You want a spicer cold forged with no zerk fitting, they are the same between the D36 and D44, so there should only be one of those for the car as 1350.

2 on each halfshaft, then the driveshaft.

Yes you need to buy headers as a set, Hooker 2149 or TPiS are the way to go. They'll cost about $500 as the headers and $750 for everything required. You will need a ceramic coating either way.

You want Comp Cams 1.6 RR.

The half shafts take the 1350 u joints. There are are a total of 4, part number, 5-800X. For reference, the cap diameter is 1.188".

The drive shaft takes 1310 series u joints. There are are a total of 2, part number, 5-786X. For reference, the cap diameter is 1.063".

If you don't know what they do, what makes you think you want them?
