You are accurately describing the "rocks in a can" sound you get from using a SM flywheel. That sound is coming from the transmission, not the t/o bearing. It is a normal part of the SM set up. I can tell you from experience that once you close up the floor and insulate with some type of sound deadening material, it gets quieter. Unfortunately, it won't go away (unless you use the OEM dual mass).

I'm pretty sure after all the post here and my friends it just that noise from the al flywheel. I just wasn't expecting it to be that loud. I am going to close up the floor and I know that will really dampen it. I love driving the 6sp!!!! Thank you all for your help and input!!
