Default Trim on Targa
Hi to all ,can anyone tell me what to use for reattaching metal trim on the outside of my smoked targa top.Mine has started to pull away.Thanks for help.

Sorry to hijack your thread, but my metal trim is starting to chip. Can I just pull it off and spray paint it then use the 3m adhesive to put it back on? Thanks.

The metal trim simply clips on with no adhesive. Maybe it needs to be pulled off where it is loose, squeezed a little and pressed back on. Also, this piece of trim is fairly cheap from GM.

Friction holds it on. It acts like a clip that is opened to be pushed on and holds a death grip while in place.
