Default Build recommendations?

Some things have changed for my build in my 86 cast iron (don't they always?). Since I just bought MrNuke's blower kit, I'm going to have to dig in a little further into the top end than I had originally planned.

Here's how it stands:

Right now, stock cast iron 86 with SLP stainless muff's and Dynomax y-pipe...sounds good....but could be more fun to drive.

Parts on hand/to be added:

Carroll supercharger kit including Paxton SN-60 blower pushing 9 psi with water/meth injection

Ported plenum
TPIS Big Mouth
Edelbrock runners
52mm Throttle Body
Erson cam 220/231@.050 .499/.512 corrected 1.6 lift 112 centerline
1.6 flat tappet rockers
Hedman 1 5/8" ceramic coated LT headers
AFPR
Gutted cat (oops!)
Hypertech air foil
Ganatelli 8mm wires
MSD coil
And, of course, I'll need a custom tune now.

I have a set of 3.56 gears to install, but I'm debating on these now since I don't believe I'll be able to hook this thing up with the blower....this is just my weekend cruising car and while I want it to be wickedly fast, it's not going to be a track racer. Thoughts?

I was also curious about head gaskets. The car has 132,000 miles on it, and I wasn't going to change them before I bought the blower. Now I feel this is a necessity. But I'm curious about type and thickness. I'm considering copper gaskets @ .093 compressed thickness just to keep the CR in check with the blower. But I'm not sure here....And of course now I'll be doing the 3-angle valve job and new seals to boot.

Thanks for everyone's previous input and parts/sales...this place is awesome!!!!
