In all seriousness, these guys have pretty much said it all. If you want to build a nice stout car, start with the small stuff and work your way up. The differences might not be earth shattering, but its the responsible way to go. Build your car to handle the big stuff. If you're just looking to feel a kick in the seat of your pants, throw a 75 wet shot on it. Its relatively inexpensive(introductory costs only, of course) and any stock LT1 that is properly maintained shouldnt have too much of a problem handling it, as long as you dont go overboard and spray a bottle a week.
