Default 86 missing at low RPM while accelerating

My 86 Automatic is missing when accelerating slowly at low RPM's and speed. If I accelerate enough for the transmission to downshift, it doesn't miss. I recently bought the car and it hadn't been run but 2000 miles since 2003. The plugs were changed, the injectors were cleaned, the plug wires were replaced, and the throttle body gasket was replaced in 2003. I've run a few tanks of gas since I bought it, and this is the only problem that I've seen. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem might be?
Thanks, Fenwick

Go to a dark place at night, open hood and with the engine idling, look for sparks along each plug wire. If you have damaged plug wire looms, buy some new ones, they keep plug wires from touching ground and hot items. All plug wires have microscopic pinholes in their insulation and if they touch ground, that is a potential site for sparking and that cylinder doesn't fire. Also, use an ohmeter and measure the resistance once at a time, the plug wire between the distributor and the plug connector. I had a 2 day old set of plug wires where one wire was open circuit. The resistance should measure close to 5000 ohms per foot.

Thanks for the responses. There are no codes set, and I'm going to connect to my laptop to check the TPS output. I checked under the hood in the dark with the motor running and there was no arcing present. I beleive that the TPS may be bad, and it doesn't give a linear output at the low rpms. Is there anything else that I should look for when I hook up to my laptop?
