Default 5 mph max speed
Well in it's present condition, someone could pass me walking on the sidewalk. replace fuel pump, black smoke coming out the left exhaust and the right exhaust is sucking air.

any lights flashing? like check engine soon, or service engine soon?
this would indicate a code being thrown--but unless you respond to the previous ??? no one can help.

That was my first impression. Scared me the first time mine did that.
A crowbar usually fixes this issue I drove like 10mph all the way home (luckily i was almost home at the time)

My car ran like that on 5 injectors.



Did you do any work on it recently?
Did it get better or worse with the new pump?
Do you have a fuel pressure guage?

Look at the bright side, you'll never have to worry about getting kicked off the track for being too fast. Leave the thing as is and become a bracket racer!
