I bought DFI from TJWong because it is a reasonable price. XFI or 3BS are the new one in the market and have added more new features such as boost control for turbo applications and some other stuffs.
Last time I check B3S cost $2600 for the LT1 and I paid a little over $1500 for mine DFI Gen 7. As for the B3S and XFI I don't really care for the few added new features. With the DFI it can do anything I want it to do. All I am missing is boost control feature. I am going to buy a simple easy to use $250 profec B II boost controller for my turbocharged application. I am good to go.
ps. With the aftermarket ECU. you will be using speed density mode. no more MAF.
Thanks for the input. My main reason for the switch is to improve driveability at low load...exactly where a MAF would be better. I currently have a MAP car and with the cam, I am never below 50% load under 1600 RPM. I am mainly switching for the WBO2 feedback control.

Now TJWong just needs to email me back!
I will get to you tomorrow. I was skiing for a charity event today and now I am sorta under the weather. Its my B-Day today, and let me tell you its tough getting old But I can still ski with the young'uns and make them work real hard to keep up with my old legs. Jeez these kids haven't even seen a real pair of skis that are skinny and real long
