Default Help with wipers

I have an 84 coupe that we have been restoring after it sat for over 7 years. Prior to me taking possession of the vehicle, many vacuum lines were disconnected and plugged with screws... I have reconnected all but one that comes out of the vacuum ball on the front left of the vehicle... not sure where that one goes yet. As well as the vacuum lines, there were many unplugged wires that I have found and plugged back in... my wipers do not work... when I turn them on there is a single clicking noise in the wiper motor, but no wiping. Each time I turn them on I get a click and nothing more. There are two plugs going into the motor and both are connected. The fuse for the wipers is good... any ideas on where to look next to try to fix this issue?

Sounds like the wiper arms are stuck on the black arm holder at the bottom of the windshield.
I have 3 plugs to my wiper motor.

Good chance the 84 wipers are the same as an 86, so this info from my manual may help you diagnose
