Default 1985 c 4 computer

is there anyway to have it checked?
car wont start getting fuel and fire
could the computer be the problem?

did it just quit out of the blue, if so you might want to check your ignition module, that's what happened to me.

Awe-I beat CFI-EFI to this get the FSM, HELMs and follow the trouble shooting flow charts.

DARN!!!
But you forgot the link. First check for codes. THEN "follow the trouble shooting flow charts" for each of the codes. While you are waiting for your FSM to arrive, check for, air, fuel, spark, and compression. Each, in the right quantities, at the right time, equal a starting and running engine. If you get, and can read, codes, the "12"s and anything that follows, that pretty well proves that the ECM isn't dead. Same with the fact that it is getting fuel.
