Default New personal best

I finally got to the track this year and got a new personal best of 10.60@131.73 thru a full exhaust. I was running just the stock ignition system since my digital 6 msd shorted out and I haven't installed the new one yet. I never got a chance to unbolt the cutouts witch is worth about 3 MPH on my car. Here what the time slip read.

R/t... .006
60'... 1.540
330... 4.418
1/8... 6.826
MPH.. 106.32
1000.. 8.875
1/4... 10.601
MPH.. 131.73

Looking good. How are you leaving the line?

Looks like you still have some more ET left there....

I have made no changes to the car this year yet. I was leaving the line at 2500 rpm and slipping the clutch and giving it gas at the same time. I'm still a little gun shy of trying to leave any harder at least untill I race a few times this year. It was great driving there running that good then driving the car home with 10.60 on the window.

You are my personal hero!

I had no idea that you could run that fast w/ afr 210 heads.
How much porting has been done to them and their cc in the runner?
How much porting in the miniram?

Stock ignition? No DFI?

Those are amazing times for a ZF6 car. Most guys on this board need a stall to get times like that.

I am curious. What clutch? What rear end mods? And what displacement?

1.54 60 foot with a stick car, is kicking some a**.

What is Oregon doing with weather dry enough to race this time of year? Nice time slip! It is always a plus to come home with no broken parts

Yes this engine is a 440. I run half 100 octane unleaded and half super unleaded. The heads have been ported they flow about 300 cfms the miniram 2 is installed as shiped nothing has been done to it. I am running the twin mcloud clutch it has lots of hold, I went thru 2 centerforce clutches before I switched. I am running a fast dfi system thru the stock distributer because my msd just shorted out. The rear end is the one exotic muscle sells thats been cryo treated so far its held up.
