I watched that clip 50 times while STARING at the hood - still can't figure it out, but I know why I have a headache
Spill it, Jesse

All good guesses and they could be thing that cause slower 60s, but if you watch the hood real close you can see that the drivers side will tip down more than the passengers side right before the wheels touch back down. This caused the right rear tire to unload. I simply fixed this by stiffening the left rear shock a click more.
The other thing, which would have been very tough to see with a comparison of the way the car is NOW, is as I mentioned previously the front shocks were not stiff enough for the car when it came back down, and it would unload the rear wheels too quick. Again I slowed that down and it kept the weight on the rear wheels longer, and no more chirp from the tires when the front touched down.
What you have to remember is that chirp of the tires might have only been 1/2 revolution of the tire, but that is 1/2 the circumference of the tire closer to the 60' you should have been and are not. The timer does not stop ticking when the tires slip.
One other thing to really help your 60' times and it takes some practice, but once you get it, you have it, its like riding a bike. And that is SHALLOW SHALLOW staging. The shallower you stage, but more "headstart" you get before you break the beams. It makes a BIG difference.
Well hope some of that helps.
What do you think is wrong with the frames above. Hint: one thing I already mentioned.

The other seems to be chassis flex. a little more sag on one side than the other.

That's surprising due to the torsion of the motor normally pulls the left side up further than the right side.
On street tires, you don't want too much of a burnout, just enough to clean the tread and get a little heat in them.
