Default L98 Cam experts?

Most popular cams seem to have approx .020 more lift and approx 10 degrees more duration on the exhaust. The principle of more exhaust I understand.
The LT1 hot cam is the only one with the same lift , 0.525 both sides with 10 degree longer exh duration.
What effect does having more intake do in relation to a similar cam with the split specs?

Reason.
Currently have stock block L98 A4 with ZZ4 cam(.474 /.510 - 208 /221) , headers, siamised base.Has gone 13.1 .Car kicks **** , mods have taken it from 13.9 to 13.1 but mph has only gone from 99 to 102.Others with similar ET's seem to have higher trap speeds.
If I was to run the hot cam I have with 1.5s rockers that would give .490 both sides with more duration than the ZZ4.
How would this affect performance?
Or do I do the full hot cam / 1.6 option. With 3.07s do I have enough to run this option.
NB .No cost options , have everthing in my "for future use" box.
