Any suggestions on a replacement? Stock part or aftermarket adjustable? Car is bone stock.

Go with the stock replacement one, it is cheaper and works perfectly on a stock engine.

Default Stock it is

Thanks guys. I just placed an order for a stock unit. The fun will begin this weekend replacing all of the spark plugs. Hands are still sore from the removal. You see, I had to remove all of the plugs in order to get the fuel out of the cylinders. lol

The regulator change out requires two O-rings. The larger O-ring is included with the new fuel regulator but the smaller one that mounts in the pipe at the end of the regulator is not included. The GM part number is 17075384 or (AC Delco) 217-458.

Thanks Ken, I'll be sure to order that O ring as well.
