I just installed LT headers on my bolt-on L98 today, and now it's running like a dog...feels like it's off 40hp. And it's quieter than with the stock manifolds. I connected a scan tool and the O2 milli-volts at WOT read 810 (adjusting the fuel pressure didn't make a difference). That's lean right? What range should I be in?

Thats rich and thats where mine are at wot. I no expert but thats not your problem. See who else chimes in.
What size are your primaries? If they are 1 3/4 then you might have lost some torque. You should pick up some power on the top end. Also, what condition is your cat in? You might have a clogged cat if the sound is quieter than stock. Could the gasket have slipped blocking off some of the port?
Speed density cars aren't as forgiving as MAF cars when adding mods when it comes to the chip programming. The same mods on a speed density car might require an upgraded chip.
They're 1 3/4 primaries (Hooker 2149s). The catalytic converter is pretty new and the car was running stellar immediately prior to putting the headers on. It could be loss of torque, but this sucks. I still think I might need a tune.
