Found it in the cubby hole behind the driver's seat. Says "Bilstein" on it.
Could this be the controller for the shocks?

94 LT1 with FX3 thanks

Yes, that sounds right. The FX3 brain was in the same box as the ASR/ABS module.

It is the control box for the FX3 active suspension.

The controller was unplugged and the "Service Ride Control" light is not on.
Previous owner must have unplugged it for a reason, maybe the shocks are bad. Guess I could plug it in and see what happens.
