transmission problem
my roblem with is 96 collector automatic tranny the car have 80 000 miles on it and goes well in reverse and for the 1st and 2nd gear everithing is nice but when the tranny goes to 3rd gear its like if you put it in neutral??? the local tranny shop ask 1500.00$ to rebuilt it but we like to get some advise before!!! can it be only a sensor or anything else !!! thanks for any help guys
