Power Steering Fluid
I am going to flush my power steering fluid on my 92 LT1 "for the first time in 112,000 miles" and I was just wondering how much fluid is in the system; so I know how much to buy?

I checked my C4 repair books from Haynes and Chilton and they don't give the power steering fluid capacity. I checked the Corvette Specs book for the C4, and it doesn't give the capacity. I assume you checked your owners manual. Sorry I couldn't help, but I tried. -- Eric

I've got a '94 coupe with LT-1 engine. The shop manual ( Section 3B1B-7 specifies capacities as 1 pint for pump only and 1.5 pints for the complete power steering system. Also checked a parts catalogue and the '92 and '94 are showing same steering rack ( PN 26044839) and pwr steering pump (PN 26045538). Good luck.
