HP gain from headers?

Stock L98, First engine mod I am doing to the car.

Putting on Hooker 2151's, X Pipe with resonators

What is my realistic HP/TQ gain?

headers themselves are a 10 - 40 hp gain...depending on what you do to the car-ESPECIALLY UPSTREAM and DOWNSTREAM of the headers. Open up that intake! Cams and heads are the other two items for big HP gains.

With the plans I know you have in mind, the advantage of already having the headers will pay dividends with each additional mod that improves engine breathing. That would be almost everything you'll be doing.
