Gonna do this soon.... I'm doing cap and rotor no matter what.
Question is.... is this little combo a good product and/or worth the price I would pay for it? Good quality?

I have a 84,and I went with the copper tip cap and rotor combo from NAPA. It was around $30,but worth it. It also comes with the good carbon spring connector............
If your coil is working now, there's no sense replacing it. I to used NAPA for cap/rotor, there were different quality grades. I went with the highest one. It might be worth having some heat sink compound on hand and inspect if any is needed. Around the HEI module etc.
I think if the car is stock or slightly warmed over the stock cap/coil is a well balanced set-up. If you want aftermarket I think pertronix cap/rotors are good and msd 2025 coil for stock replacement. There will not be any gains in preformance over the stock delco stuff by using any of these.
A higher output coil can increase idle speed but the chances are that the increased voltage is just overcoming some extra resistance in old plug wires.
I would go with a good cap and rotor with brass contacts and keep the stock coil. They last longer than the stock type aluminum contacts.
High output coils can help in larger displacement engines with higher compression ratios or big cams or nitrous setups. For the stock L98 motors and even mild mods, the stock coil is all that is needed.
If you still have the original plug wires, then I would certainly replace them at the same time.
