Headers again

Here is what i have a .60 over l98 with a intercooled D1 procharger with some other very minor modifications.
the car is a 87 with a 700r4 and for now it has a 2.59 rear end in it.
I do plan on building at least a 383 next winter with after market heads, most likely AFR's and a Accel SupperRam so this needs to be considered.
My question is which headers? They need to have AIR fittings and I really like the Stainless Works headers, but i am not sure the primary size is big enough.
Any problems using LT1 headers on a L98? I will be using Lt1 hangers and mufflers with this.
I will be using a X pipe, i belive that the corsa allready come with a H pipe so is there any reason not to use a X pipe and the Corsa's that is if i can afford corsa mufflers.
I do not want this car to be a stereo cop caller.
I do need to install cats on a temporary basis so i can pass Georgia emissions (for Bogus, i just worry about how hot the cats will get under boost. So I am not going there) and plan on using either the burns Stainless V band clamps or possibly the Burns stainless Wiggins Clamps to make them removable.

I have bought a Miller tig and have learned how to use it, and plan on doing the whole job myself, which should not be a problem.
Also what can be used to clean a Satinless weld up as far as the black you get when welding it?
One thing i can not stand is resonance, this will be a show stopper.
Does any one have any suggestions?
How much horse power, and more importantly torque do you think i will pick up over the stock, but gutted L98 system i have installed now?
