Ok, I posted a thread indicating my cylinders were filled with fuel (the reason why it wound not crank). Replacing my FPR was suggested. After cranking the engine several times without the plugs in, to rid the cylinders of fuel, I put everything back together, mind you, along with the new FPR.
Went to crant it up and the same darn thing happened again. It turned a bit and stopped dead just as before. It did not do this with the plugs out so I know the engine is able to crank.
Any suggestions WHY fuel is still flooding my cylinders?
Ugh! God give me patience.

Sounds like an open injector or two badly leaking ones...
I had a leaking injector filling one cyl. after a rebuild and cleaned injectors fitted... Turns out one was faulty....with a fp gauge it lost all 45lbs in a matter of seconds...My tip is to remove the injection system and find which one is leaking, replace it and clean and have the rest checked....and don't forget to change oil and oil filter.
I would not be turning the engine any more in the hope that it is going to get better...I'm not sure all of that fuel is doing cyl. walls and bearings and other internals much good..IMO
Thanks for the info guys. I'll remove the injectors and individually test them. I did change the oil after I completed the job the first time and I'll change it again. I also squirted oil into the cylinders before installing the plugs so there should be some lubrication on the walls but you're right, not good to be trying to turn it over any longer.
Boy, this has been one PITA of a job. I'll post results later.
