lt4 ?sabout passive entry
my new lt4 "66000 miles" only came with one set of keys and did not have any remotes on the key chain. ive noticed a passive entry light up on the info center.what would you gurus do? it has the chip on the ignition key. can a previous owner steal my car? what about spare keys? what do i do about the remotes? im at youre mercy.

If the previous owner had the origional FOB he may be able to open the car, but would still need the keys to start it.

And the reviews (namely, the opinions of owners) is mixed on the PKE. Some really love it for its convenience and others really, really don't. I'm one of those moving more toward the latter. I think it's a cute invention at the time, but don't have the patience to get it to work properly.
