HP gain

Howmuch hp and torque increase could I get from a new cam, 1.6rr, and headers? What about just 1.6rr and cam? How much labor time for each? I was quoted 3 hours for the 1.6rr at $70/hr labor but I am considering doing the work myself. Will probably get a custom tune if I get these things done.

I don't want to guess on your HP gain but you really should invest in valve springs that will handle the lift of your installed 1.6s or cam.

lt4 hotcam kit is about $520.00 cam springs & 1.6 roller rockers.

I gained 65 rwhp from a Hotcam, 1.6 rr, LT headers, ported heads and intake.

I don't have numbers, but I did the hotcam kit & ported the heads and its amazing now.
