Default Problems with high idle speed.

When I pull up to a stop light and put the clutch in, the idle speed is about 1300-1400 RPMs. When I tap the accellerator slightly, the idle speed will go down to about 800-900. This will happen everytime, doesn't matter if I have just started driving, or have been driving for an hour.

Anyone know what might be causing the high idle speed?

Your throttle blades may be sticking in their bores. If you have access to a scan tool or a volt meter you can test it by slowly pushing the throttle down and slowly letting it back up. If your starting tps voltage is, for example, .52 and when you let it back up it sticks at .90, the blades are sticking. Close the throttle with your hand and watch the voltage. See if you have to push it back yourself in order to get it closed all the way. If it is sticking, just clean it and see if that helps.
