Did you turn the car on? 
Check the window switches... One of them went bad on mine once... I swapped the drivers and passenger switches around and then i had the reverse problem (opposite window worked, other one didn't)... I bought a new window switch for like $5 and that took care of the problem.
Also, check the fuses.
window motor could also be bad... pop the door panel off and check the wiring on the motor, also make sure there is nothing binding the window or gears in the track. If the window motor is bad, find out what other car's may use the same motor and get one at a junkyard for a couple of bucks.
More info is needed really.. do you hear any clicking, any whirring, any noises at all? put the ignition on (but dont crank over so it's still quiet) and see what , if any, sounds it makes.
I replaced 3 motors and built new switches for my old 4Runner for under $20.
