I have an 84' crossfire, just replaced cap rotor spark plugs and wires, air filter and had the injectors checked but when i stomp on it... it bogs! when i'm going about 20 and step on it to the floor it will bog or when i take it sideways for some reason it will bog... and it bogs until i take my foot off the gas and hit it again. what could be causing this? also i was wondering if there was a chip that you could buy to free up some horse with the crossfires? and one more thing yes one more thing... it is an automatic but i was wondering if som1 made a shift kit for it? and how much that would run me... thank you, jeremy
It appears this problem just showed up after you worked on it. Chances are good that you left something disconnected or bumped and disconnected something else. Are there any codes present?
this also happend before i got the tune up so i know its not what i have just done to it... it does have a full tank of gas.. i will look into replacing the fuel filter that sounds like a good idea as well as using dry gas.. thank you i'll post back and inform what happend
