Hello Everyone I have a 93A4 383 with Edlebrock heads, comp cam, Crower roller rockers (1.6) ,JE pistons,Lunati crank/rods,58mm BBk, Dana 44 3.73.....just to name a few mods....I'm looking for the best set of fuel injectors probably around 30lb. I've read some posts here that say Accel injectors are crap and there recommending Ford #24's, But these seem to be for stock setups does Ford make a higher flowing injector? Thanks for any info.
Yes, you can get a set of Ford SVO injectors in higher output. 30lbs or so should be sufficient for your car, unless you are going to go further with it, blower, nitrous, then you'll need more..
With your combination, I would be calling whomever I got to tune the car, to get their recommendation about injector size. 30's can be too big, even for a 383.
What is the reason you want to change to a larger injector? Is there some specific issue with the ones you have now?
The 24s you see us recommending alot work both for stock and heavily modded setups, another reason why we do that. But those are L98s, and I thought that LT1 came with the 24s already.
Hello everyone I just installed the new injectors and I was wondering if I have to adjust my fuel pressure? Key on engine off goes to 45 then it sits @ 41.
What should the idle and WOT pressure be? Thanks agian Mike

Mike, assuming you already had a custom tune for the mods you have listed, you will need to have it reworked for the additional fuel from the 30lb injectors. I dont believe you could drop your pressure enough to handle that.
