Default Headers now?

I bought a Borla Catback system for my 95LT1/6 speed and started taking the old system off today. I sprayed the bolts two days ago with wd-40 again once I got it off the ground today and worked them back and forth to get them off, but ended up breaking one of the studs on the Cat. To be able to get to it I decided to take the cat off, and as carefull as I was, it wasn't enough and I broke off a stud in the manifold. Now my question is... any suggestions on getting the stud out of the manifold with out pulling it? There is between 1/4 and 1/8 inch sticking out. I tried to weld a nut to it, but the weld didn't stick to the bolt. Should I just go ahead and put headers on in now? What all has to come off/out to get the headers on? Anything else I'd need to do/get to connect the headers and the Borla catback? What is the link to order the book for the car?

Thanks in advance for the help..

Can you post a pic of it? That may help us decided on how to get at it.
