'93 Auto troubles, after rebuild
Got it back today, and the car feels totally different. It shifts like a honda, like there's no kick at all. It was first rebuilt with a higher stall, and shift kit. It feels like just before I had problems a few weeks ago, where it doesn't engage hard, doesn't shift hard, sounds funny, idles high. Check engine light, and Service ASR light are both on too.

That being said the 93 tranny is different from any other 700R4/4L60 transmission and was the last year for the TV cable.Once you get the engine right if it still doesn't feel right tell the tranny guy to hook up a gauge and set the TV cable by pressure.

the car idles all over the place, volts are erratic, and it stalled last night. the car was recently tuned up with new plugs, wires, opti, etc about 2 months ago. i can't imagine what it could be since it's been at the tranny shop for the last week.
vacuum lines woudln't cause problems like this, would it?
