So you didn't get new bolts, but used the same one's that were on the manifolds? I am going to use ARP bolts, I won't have a problem with the accessories will I?
Yes because some of the factory bolts have studs coming off the ends of them. They are used for suport brackets.

Really?? With 4:10's?? Well, I guess I stand corrected. I have a friend with an F body LT1 who lost major fuel economy on the highway when he went to 4:10's only to gain about .6 in the quarter mile. I guess he did something wrong.

So what are others doing about the accessory mounting if they are usign ARP bolts and not the original?

So if you use no cats you have to have simulators and not the regular O2 sensors even with tunning?

There is a page for Stainless Works LT Header install on the stainless works website. Maybe the instructions there can answer some of your questions. Hope it helps.

BTW, Nice work on your headers, Bardstown!!

[QUOTE=96lt4c4]Yes these are TPIS. Great set of headers. They allow you to reuse all of your factory bolts, which you need on the drivers side for alternator and AC supporting arms. I had to weld header extensions to the factory pipes to hook everything up. The extensions will slip over the end of the header then you just use a stainless band clamp.

How long of an extension did you need from headers to stk exhaust, and what size pipe for extensions, 3"?

I am going to have the same set-up soon.
