finned power steering cooler

finned power steering cooler
can someone please tell me where the finned power steering cooler should be i have an early 87 with either z51 or z52 package.
i cant tell which cos my build tags are gone, i cant get to the fuel tank with ease.
i cant tell from the sway bars (cos early 87's had the smaller diameter for both..... ive been told) i do have an oil cooler, boost fan, bilisteins and 13.0:1 steering..... that much i can tell.
so as i understand it z51 came with the finned power steer cooler, the z52 did not......
but i dont know where on the car this is positioned... im assuming the front somewhere.
