Default Swaybar bolt problem

I was changing the sway bar on my 96 with DRM coilovers. It looks like the swaybar mounts (the ones attached to the frame) were moved forward 1/2" or so. The new mounting bolts were dropped down through the frame (which, of course I didn't notice) out two new drilled holes and the nuts are attached at the bottom, which, I believe is now opposite of the stock set up.

Short version, somehow I knocked the bolt back up all the way into the frame. I can't see it.

I need to know how to get access into the frame so I can retrieve the bolt and stick it back down the hole so I can attach the swaybar. This is the passenger side bracket.

There must be a way because DRM had to get in there in the first place to drop the bolts down.

Somehow I manage to make every 1/2 job on this car turn into a major project. This will be the 3rd time the forum has had to bail me out. Thanks for the support and help.

well to drop it in that way, someone either had to

A: be very gifted with really tiny hands and a magic wand

B: cut an access hole to do so

i realize the frames are somewhat different, but on my 84 when i removed my stocker to make way for the BBC they went through the bracket and up into the frame. i had no issues removing them. my front end is also pretty solid so i don't see short of someone hacking a hole in the frame how they could've dropped the bolts in from the top. Unless the differene between early and late C4's really is more than im aware.

Yup, there was a hole behind the inner fender liner that was cut to put the bolts in. 30mm swaybar in, another 45 minute job that took me 3 1/2 hours.
