Today the bolt that holds the leaf up broke, right where the cotter pin goes. Where can I get another one quickly? I have it rigged right now with another nut. Only problem is the it raised the drivers side up about 2in. higher than the passenger side.
How where can I get the bushings, without getting a complete set. I lost the bottom bushing, it rolled into the sewer when it broke. Does this happen to alot of vettes?
I think I will get 2 and replace the other side while I am at it.
Moog may make replacement bushings in rubber. Not too sure though. They are available in poly from energy suspension, if you have no luck finding rubber. Someone on the forum must have a used rubber bushing for you.
How [and] where can I get the bushings, without getting a complete set.
Why not visit a GM dealer near you?
If I understand you correctly, you need item #42 in the illustration
shown in this post. The appropriate part number is shown and
these are available individually.

Whatever else you do, you're better off to replace the bolt with other than an OEM one and use a lock nut. Every story I've heard of these bolts failing was at the cotter pin hole. Obviously, this would be the weakest point. The stock bolt is 14mm but I replaced mine with 16mm diameter. USS equivalents to these sizes would be approximately 9/16" and 5/8" bolts respectively.
I don't see how breaking the bolt at the pin hole can cause it to fall apart as the nut is above the pin hole. You wouldn't have be crazy enough to lower the rear using the stock bolts (causing the nut to be below the pin hole), would you
