Cruise Control and A/C fix
Problem 1: A/C stopped blowing through the dash vents. It was blowing cold and was blowing through the floor and defrost vents but would not blow through the dash.
Problem 2: The cruise control would slowly lose speed after being set. I could make it accelerate but it would still start to lose speed afterwards.
FIX: $4 Check Valve (3 way generic GM) & $3 elbow rubber connector for big end of Check Valve. When I went under the hood after reading the comments on here about the cause for the c/c being a vacuum problem, sure enough I took off the plastic cover over the injectors on the passenger side and heard air sucking while the car was running. On the side of the fuel injection was a check valve which had one end connected to the fuel injection unit and the other end has two small vacuum lines connected to it. Changed it and the a/c is blowing through the dash again. Still have to test drive the cruise control but i'm fairly sure it will be good as well. Hope this helps someone somewhere. Not much other information I can give on this, it was a very easy fix. Not like the radiator replacement that had 3 little 7mm bolts on each side in the worst spot holding the upper and lower shroud together. Noone ever mentions those lil screws in any instructions but they were there and a HUGE pain to reach. (just venting)
