EEPROM - Can anyone test one?

Good morning!

Quick question - I'm running a thread over on the Tech forum - heat-soak intermittent ignition failure on my '92 - since the EEPROM is changed from ECM to ECM, can there be an issue with this component?

Is it possible to test this part? Any help is appreciated - I've gone through the full gamut of testing and part replacement and thought this might be a potential culprit.

One could also erase it and attempt to write to it, but that is risky because if its a stock prom, sometimes they won't program again, and then you are screwed.
