Each spring on getting my car out of storage I add a can of fuel system cleaner... either SeaFoam or Valvoline Synpower ...
Nothing in between.
Any of the retail off the shelf Octane boosters are a waste of money versus buying premium gas. If you need more than premium buy a gallon of Xylene from Lowes or Home Depot... It's octane is 117.

I put one of these in my C5 Z06 between every race:

I had some fouled injectors as race fuel is notoriously dirty, but since running this, I haven't had any problems.
I also add a bottle to my wife's Chevy Trailblazer about once a month.
As another caution on Octane Boosters, and AMSOIL makes one that I don't use, read the label carefully. Many contain lead which will kill your O2 sensors quickly.

I must confess that I am a closet MMO user. I add it to my 94 LT1 when I go to the track(I average an environmentally friendly 5.5mpg)
