89vet rear view mirrors controls stopped working

Default 89vet rear view mirrors controls stopped working
i can't find a wiring diagram or any other info on these. does anyone know where they get power? i'm trying to get away from having to take everything apart and physicaly track it down inch by inch.

mine go up and down but not left to right. Sometimes they do then other times no. Prolly bad switch
