You want to cut the Light Green wires at each fog lamp socket and ground each wire.
Tape up the other end of the cut Light Green wires that go back to the harness because it will have 12 volts on it when the dimmer switch is in the Hi beam position.
Note: Doing this mod will allow the Fog Lamps to work when the High beams are on.
Also some people have said if you use a higher wattage bulb for the Fog Lights, the socket for the bulbs melts.
