Had to replace mine about a year ago, and got it at NAPA... Now i've removed all smog and did the pump eliminator, see recent post.
Think the NAPA one was $60.... complete.

. I have a connection at the Chevy dealer and I'm thinking he can have it Monday for $40. I think I will get on the phone and wake him up.

Be careful removing the old one! I'm sure the bolts literally seized up in there. When you accidentally break off bolt or the bracket, you'd probably get pissed off and end up doing this:
